Duration: (75 minutes) Therapeutic Yoga is a blend of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, distance energy healing, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that makes it an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance. The session is filled with guided inspiration and healing movements to release stress and anxiety; improves flexibility; strengthens immunity; releases toxins and balances energy channels.
